MN Wild 2009-2010 schedule set

The MN Wild set their schedule for the 2009-2010 season. The Wild will be playing at Xcel Energy Center 41 times throughout the Wild 2009-2010 schedule, starting with the Tuesday October 6th home opener against the Anaheim Ducks. The Wild will also meet the Colorado Avalanche, the New York Rangers and the Vancouver Canucks early in the season at home in the Xcel Energy Center.

With a new coach and lots of roster changes this season is sure to be one that sells out the Xcel on a regular basis. The season also includes 41 away games and a break for the 2010 Winter Olympics. MN Wild fans should look forward to seeing how the Wild will play under the direction of Todd Richards who has promised that this season there will be a shift in the Wild playbook to faster paced Hockey and more aggressive skating.
