Jason Aldean Concert on 1/17

Jason Aldean will be hitting the Xcel Energy Center this winter on January 17th at 7:30 p.m.


Personally, I can't wait to see this big guy again! This will be Jason Aldean's fourth time back at the Xcel Energy Center, and the second time as a headliner. Jason Aldean's 2014 Night Train Tour is going to be fantastic and Florida Georgia Line and Tyler Farrwill are opening the show. Floriday Georgia Line, I can't wait!

I can't wait to hear all his top country songs like "My Kinda Party", "Why", "She's Country", "Big Green Tractor", "The Truth", "Don't You Wanna Stay" (a duet with Kelly Clarkson), "Dirt Road Anthem", "Fly Over States", "Take a Little Ride", and "The Only Way I Know". Seven other songs have even reached top ten on the charts!

I'm so excited for Jason Aldean, I hope you join me at the Xcel Energy Center!

North Star College Cup at the Xcel Energy Center

The University of Minnesota is hosting the the North Star College Cup. This tournament is featuring Minnesota’s five Division I men’s hockey programs, Bemidji State University, Minnesota State University-Mankato, St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota Duluth. The inaugural tournament will be Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25, 2014.

The University of Minnesota will serve as the event’s permanent host with three of the other four institutions participating on a rotating basis over an initial four-year schedule. This is such a fun idea, I wish I thought of it!

As Thanksgiving is coming up, I can't help but to think of all the things I'm thankful for. And after family, friends and my health, obviously the Minnesota Wild are at the top of the list! And they are playing their game this season which makes it even better. The Minnesota Wild are my hockey team and I will always be thankful for them and the Xcel Energy Center!

Nine Inch Nails at the Xcel Energy Center

Nine Inch Nails is coming to the Xcel Energy Center, St. Paul; prepare yourselves! I can't wait to see Nine Inch Nails in live concert; they are my favorite hard core rock band.

 NIN is an American industrial rock project which was founded in 1988 by Trent Reznor in Cleveland, Ohio. As its mainproducer, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, Reznor is the only official member of Nine Inch Nails! What a job! He remains solely responsible for its direction, and does a great job with the process. Nine Inch Nails' music has a wide range of genres, like industrial rock, metal, and alternative rock.

After recording a new album, Reznor usually assembles a live band to perform with him, whoever he picks is so lucky! On stage, Nine Inch Nails often uses visual elements to accompany performances, like light shows and costumes. How fun! Get your tickets today, it's going to be great! I will see you there!

We couldn't be more excited to sway to the beautiful, live music of "Feeling Good" "Everything" "Haven't Met You Yet" "Home" and "Sway". What a perfect fall concert for St. Paul concert goers.

Yes!! St. Paul, Taylor Swift is coming to St. Paul! Do you want to see this star perform songs like "Our Song", "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me"? What about her newer songs like "Mean", "Red" or "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together"? My personal favorite is "22", what's yours?

Mumford & Sons Sept. 4 Performance at Xcel Center

I have waited years to see Mumford and Sons Live in concert. Where better to have the concert than at the Xcel Energy Center? The folk British pickers have confirmed a Sept. 4 date at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. However, fans have to register via a special link between now and July 3 to receive an email offer for tickets, which will be sent out lottery-style July 8.However, the seats are unusually cheap for an arena show, priced at $49 and $35.

Twin Cities fans got in on the Mumford craze earlier than in most U.S. cities, so it's great they are finally going to perform here.

The timing of the concert announcement seems unusual, because the band had to cancel its Bonnaroo gig and several other dates this month after the bass player of the band, Ted Dwayne was hospitalized with a blood clot on his brain. However, Dwayne’s surgery went well, and he will be ready to go!

Xcel Energy Center Parking

Are you going to a Minnesota Wild Hockey Game or another event at the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul? Are you looking for free or cheap parking at the Xcel Energy Center? Here's all you need to know about parking for the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.

The closest parking ramps to the Xcel Energy Center are the River Center ramp, opposite from the Xcel Center across Kellogg Boulevard, the Science Museum of Minnesota ramp right next to that. There is another parking ramp opposite the Xcel Energy Center on the other side of West Seventh Street.
There is an event parking lot immediately north of the Xcel Energy Center.

These ramps tend to fill fast during Minnesota Wild games and other Xcel Energy Center events, so get their early!

Blake Shelton at the Xcel Energy Center

It has been announced that country music star Blake Shelton is coming to Xcel Energy Center in September!! I could not be more excited, I love Blake Shelton.

Blake Shelton will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, as part of the Ten Times Crazier Tour. If you don't know exactly Blake Shelton is, he recently won Country Music Awards for Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year, his third straight. He is married to Miranda Lambert. He is a judge on The Voice. Some songs I can't wait to hear are: "Sure Be Cool If You Did", "God Gave Me You", "Honey Bee' and "Boys 'Round Here".

Bruno Mars and Ellie Goulding at Xcel Energy Center!

I am quickly falling in love with Bruno Mars, and just in time because Bruno Mars is coming to the Xcel Energy Center on July 14th! I personally can't wait to see this superstar perform "Treausre", which is my current favorite song which I may or may not play on repeat in the car with the windows down. Whenever "Treasure" comes on the radio, I am dancing away!

Some of my other Bruno Mars favorites include: "When I was your Man," "Locked out of Heaven," "The Lazy Song," "Just the Way You Are," and "Grenade".  Bruno Mars is a super hot concert this summer, so order your tickets as soon as possible so you can get a seat!
