Adele Coming to the Xcel Energy Center

Adele will be performing at the Xcel Energy Center August 24th. Adele has been a huge hit ever since her debut with the album, 19. She made it big on the American scene when she was the musical guest the night on Saturday Night Live the night Sarah Palin made a guest appearance. Saturday Night Live had the most viewers that night in the shows history.

Her newest album, 21, was released on January 24th, 2011. The big single off the album is titled "Rolling in the Deep" which reached number one on the Billboard Top 100. It has been received very well critically and by fans alike.

Taylor Swift at the Xcel Energy Center

Taylor Swift recently announced her concert dates for June 14 and 15 at the Xcel Energy Center. The 20-yr old country-pop star will be touring 19 countries, with 87 shows on her Speak Now World Tour. After touring in Asia and Europe in February, Swift will make her way back home to the States.

Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" album has been one of the year's hottest sellers. You can be sure her concerts will sell fast as well! Stay tuned for more on TSwift's 2011 June appearance at the Xcel Energy Center.

AC/DC Tour Stops at Xcel Energy Center

AC/DC will be at the Xcel Energy Center on Sunday November 23rd as part of their 42 stop North American tour to support Black Ice. These rock ‘n roll pioneers are sure to shake the Xcel Energy Center all night long. Fans across several generations love the group and are going to be flocking to the AC/DC concert wearing their back in black t-shirts.

I would love to go to this show, but tickets are not cheap. Ticket King has tickets in the front row of the upper deck (which would be sweet) for $170 per ticket. I would love to hear all the classics like “Highway to Hell” live – these guys have been around for awhile, but they still know how to rock! I may have to convince my buddies to splurge on a ticket with me and head over to the show – I know I have a ratty old AC/DC concert t-shirt in the back of the closet some where.
